The helix
The Helix is a fairly hard trick, but like the "Behind the 8 Ball" trick, it consists of three main rollovers. You start off with a Zen Rollover (of course holding the bite handle first) and then put your index finger on the spine (back) of the blade. Turn your hand upside down and let it roll over your index finger one time before catching it. The next step is to bring the knife up (turn your hand from palm down to palm up), perform a Chaplin, and roll over your thumb once more and then do a wrist pass. Just like the "Behind the 8 Ball", but in a different order.
